Competitive Compensation
Knight compensates using a sliding scale based on mileage. Plus we pay for deadhead miles to cover direct expenses. We send itemized, weekly settlements to your home and you can receive direct deposit.
Fuel Protection
Our program is designed to keep your net fuel costs at a consistent $1.20 to $1.30 per gallon. Seven of our Service Centers offer discounted fuel in highly traveled lanes, and we have agreements with approved stops nationwide to make sure you never pay the pump price.
Deep Fuel Discounts
Our company purchases over one million gallons of fuel per week. Because of that volume, we are able to negotiate discounts on truck stop fuel purchases and pass 100% of those savings on to our contracted owner operators.
Additional Savings
Knight pays all of your base plate fees, permits, and registration. You have access to affordable insurance (bobtail, physical damage, workers comp, health and dental), and we provide cargo and liability insurance at no charge. Knight provides trailers, also at no charge, and significant discounts on tires, maintenance and service from two body shops and 12 Knight Service Facilities located throughout the country. And we don’t forget you on your anniversary, which we recognize with a gift certificate for you and your family.
